1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Nabagunjara Travels, registered at Balighar, 10-Rathadanda Road, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751002. By making a booking or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These terms apply to all tours, packages, and travel services offered by us, whether booked online, by phone, or in person.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and a written/email confirmation from us.
- It is the traveller's responsibility to provide accurate personal details at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion if the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.
- Tour itineraries are subject to change due to weather, local conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payments
3.1 Online Payments
We accept online payments via our payment gateway (Razorpay or equivalent). All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. We do not store your card details on our servers.
3.2 Offline Payments
We also accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, or in-person cash. Details will be shared at the time of booking confirmation.
3.3 Payment Schedule
- An advance deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm your tour.
- The remaining balance must be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of booking.
- Failure to complete payment as per the schedule may result in cancellation of the booking.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
4.1 General Policy
- All cancellation requests must be communicated to us via phone call or video call with our team.
- Cancellation requests sent via email or WhatsApp alone will not be processed without verbal confirmation.
- Refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances, timing, and costs already incurred.
4.2 Cancellation by the Traveller
- Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
- Cancellations made close to the departure date may attract higher deductions to cover non-recoverable costs such as hotel bookings, transport, and guide fees.
- No-shows (failure to arrive without prior notice) will not be eligible for any refund.
4.3 Cancellation by Nabagunjara Travels
- In the unlikely event that we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, political unrest, force majeure), we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
- We are not liable for any indirect losses such as flight tickets or hotel bookings made independently by the traveller.
4.4 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method where possible.
5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
- It is the traveller's sole responsibility to ensure they carry valid identification, passport, visa, and any other required travel documents.
- We are not responsible for denied entry, missed departures, or losses arising from improper documentation.
- Travellers must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs at the time of booking.
6. Health, Safety & Conduct
- Travellers are expected to follow the instructions of our tour guides and staff at all times.
- We reserve the right to remove any traveller from a tour who behaves in a manner that is disruptive, offensive, or endangers others, without any refund.
- Travellers participate in adventure or outdoor activities at their own risk. We recommend appropriate travel insurance.
- We are not responsible for personal injury, loss of baggage, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal liability. We do not provide travel insurance as part of our packages unless explicitly stated.
8. Pricing & Inclusions
- All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
- Tour inclusions and exclusions are clearly stated in the individual tour descriptions. Items not mentioned are assumed excluded.
- We are not responsible for price fluctuations due to government taxes, fuel surcharges, or exchange rate changes after booking confirmation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on https://nabagunjaratravels.com, including text, images, logos, and tour descriptions, is the property of Nabagunjara Travels and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nabagunjara Travels acts as a tour operator and facilitator. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers including hotels, transport operators, or local guides.
Our total liability to any traveller shall not exceed the total amount paid for the tour in question.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication before pursuing legal action.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
